Set in Worcestershire’s beautiful countryside, Top Barn is a secluded fishery providing anglers with prime sport along one and a half miles of the river Severn and offers the sort of facilities normally only seen on commercial still waters
Membership includes 5 visitor day tickets. Each day ticket will cost £10 and can be obtained from the Harvest Shop.
You can drive straight to your swim along the newly constructed grass track that runs virtually the length of the fishery. The security gate and vehicle permit system will make the fishery as safe as possible giving the visitor peace of mind.
There are a number of newly created swims with boarded steps for a safe and comfortable access whatever the conditions. We have also left large areas untouched for the adventurous angler to explore.
Within the farm complex there is a shop which apart from selling meat and groceries, stocks a number of baits together with snacks and drinks.
On week days the café at the small business centre will serve you a hot meal between 10am and 2pm and there is a well maintained toilet/shower available 24 hours a day.
It all sounds too good to be true doesn’t it, well Top Barn is a fishery designed for the 21st century angler and you can be a part of it.
We are running Top Barn in a way that has proved successful on other waters and experience has shown that apart from virtually eliminating poaching, it quickly results in fellow members getting to know one another and an open, friendly atmosphere develops. Isn’t that what we all want?

The fishing potential is virtually limitless. For the angler seeking specimens then barbel into double figures are a realistic target with plenty of shoal fish available to make some spectacular catches.
There are also some huge river carp in the area along with specimen chub, bream, roach, pike etc. All methods are likely to bring plenty of sport and 24 hour fishing is permitted.
